Power
- Power is provided to AIP from Cleveland Electric Illuminating via a 138 kV substation.
- Existing 138 kV –> 13.8 KV private substation on site which can be utilized by prospects.
- Public 13.8 kV 3-phase loop bordering site
- Existing main generator step up (GSU) or unit auxiliary transformers (UAT) are both within the site distribution substation and can be repurposed for power generation.
- There is available steady state power at the site over the long term.

- Large megawatt power capabilities currently available on site
- 138 kV transmission substation on site (Cleveland Electric Illuminating owned)
- Private 138 –> 13.8 kV substation on site (AIP owned)

Water
Public Water:
- Public potable water is provided by Aqua Ohio via an 8” ductile iron line that extends to the property border. Currently the system has an excess capacity of 5,000,000 GPD.
Raw Water:
- Available from Ashtabula County Port Authority via a high-volume river water intake system which draws raw water from Lake Erie. Approximately 30,000,000 GPD of raw water currently available with up to 70,000,000 GPD potential. This system is operated by ACDES and a 28″ line is located at the border of our property.
- Also available onsite from Ashtabula Industrial Park. The screen house, pumps, intake tunnels, and all infrastructure are in place and can be restarted and utilized to pull large volumes of river water up to 50,000,000 GPD.
- 5,000,000 GPD public potable water excess supply at site via 8″ ductile iron line.
- 10,000,000 + GPD raw lake water immediately available.
- Can accomodate up to 70,000,000 GPD raw water demands.
Sanitary/Wastewater
Public:
- Public sewer and wastewater service is provided by City of Ashtabula, and an 8″ tappable tie in point is ~2,000 ft away from the site.
- The system has a total capacity of 18,000,000 GPD with 6,000,000 GPD excess capacity.
- 6,000,000+ GPD public wastewater treatment capacity proximate to site
- Private sanitary treatment available on site via former EMC system
Natural Gas
- Distribution Gas provider is East Ohio Gas (LDC).
- Transmission gas providers are Dominion Energy (at site) and EnergyTrans (5,000 ft away).
- There is a 8″ transmission gas line that borders site with 100 – 200+ MCF/hr capacity and 187 psig MAOP.
- A natural gas fired peaker boiler on site available for reuse.
- EnergyTrans Risberg line is an 18″ line and 4,000+ MCF/hr capacity available.
- Distribution gas available on site via East Ohio Gas
- Transmission gas at site (Dominion Energy)
- Existing 8″ bordering site

Fiber Optic/Telecomm
- Paralleling the site are multiple fiber optic providers who have above ground fiber located along the First Energy poles running parallel to the site.
- Earthlink, Spectrum, and Windstream are fiber optic providers at the site.
- Data speeds available range from 5 – 10 GB/S
- Additional infrastructure can be laid to increase data speeds.
- Great data speeds in area near 1 Gbps up and down
